SERVICE OUR FUTURE!: Scopism sponsors srvision 2024

Scopism and service integration

As the leading authority in service integration and management (SIAM), Scopism provides essential resources, education, and community support for professionals in the field. Our mission is to promote collaboration, learning and innovation by supporting individuals and organizations at every step in their SIAM journey.

In July last year we launched the Scopism SIAM Community as an online platform for discussions and access to SIAM resources, regular content including webinars, case studies, whitepapers and research, expanded events calendar and a lot more. Our vibrant community has reached 1800+ members in just 9 months. We encourage people to join today and connect, learn and grow with like-minded professionals from all over the world.

Why are we sponsoring srvision 2024?

We’ve got a long history of supporting srvision, and this year our decision was driven by a shared vision for advancing the field of service integration. This year’s conference theme includes Service Integration: Compass on Complexity – a perfect fit with our work here at Scopism. As the event organizers say, “Dive into the complexity of service integration, where we unravel the challenges of managing complex ecosystems and dynamic supplier landscapes. Explore the world of modern service desks, enterprise service management and value chains with integral security and compliance. With srvision you can navigate flawlessly through the ever-changing terrain of service integration.”

As sponsors, we will contribute to the exchange of ideas, good practices, and emerging trends in service management and beyond. We encourage you to visit our stand and meet our community manager Steph Ward and founder Claire Agutter and talk about how we can help you – including SIAM assessments, assurance, community, events, partnerships, resources and more.

We’re on the agenda too!

Our director Claire Agutter and our community manager Steph Ward are speaking at srvision, discussing how to effectively sell SIAM.

Many organizations experience the challenges of a multi-supplier environment but often hesitate to adopt a more integrated approach due to concerns about cost and effort. In this session, Claire and Steph will address these concerns by discussing how to sell SIAM to the board and build a sound business case for transformation. The SIAM pitch materials, developed by community members, help tackle the board by highlighting industry challenges, and external drivers to not only address operating model barriers but also how to obtain that competitive edge. Claire is also participating on Panel Discussion: How Can SIAM Help Us Prepare For Industry 5.0? along with our community partners EXIN.

We are quickly approaching the Fifth Industrial Revolution, that will see humans working alongside advanced technology and AI-powered robots to enhance workplace processes. This has huge implications for the economy, including the need for increased focus on resilience, sustainability and human-centric aspects. How can SIAM help us prepare for this new phase? Which aspects of SIAM align well with this paradigm, and how can SIAM help us bridge the gap between the ‘old’ and ‘new’ world view.
