Mohan Kewalramani
Mohan has been with HCL for over 15 years. He currently heads the Service Integration and Management practice in HCLSoftware and is based out of London.
Mohan has extensive experience in Service Integration and Management transformation projects across complex multi-suppler environments, ITIL consultancy, ITSM Process re-engineering, & ITSM tool deployments. Mohan is part of the core team involved in designing and developing HCL’s standard Service Management offerings, products, processes, and solutions. He has held a lead architect role in the designing and implementation of Service Management projects for several of HCL’s large global customers. Mohan has also co-authored two books on building a sensible CMDB (Foundation of Intelligent IT Operations: CMDB and Service Maps) and designing sensible SLAs (Adapting to Digital Transformation: Design Sensible SLAs for Modern IT).
Tarun Gupta
Tarun works as Global Head (Projects) for SIAM Practice in HCL Software. Tarun is responsible for developing organisational-wide capabilities, delivering professional services, improving business processes, managing organisational change, driving product development, and business development, through high performing globally distributed team for the SIAM business unit. Tarun is industry familiar person for spearheading initiatives for organisational change and is passionate about growth and learning. Tarun has created multiple SIAM training courses for HCL and is a certified SIAM Trainer with EXIN. Tarun is a visiting lecturer at Shiv Nadar University. Tarun is passionate about bringing communities together which has naturally helped him set up several professional alliances and collaborations across different functions, and suppliers and had led various community-building programs in HCL for the adaption of SIAM. Tarun likes travelling, exploring places and photography in his free time.

Chetan, a SIAM evangelist at Infosys, has over 14 years of experience in IT, specializing in ITSM consulting and SIAM. Chetan has held various roles throughout his career, including Service Management Solution Architect, SIAM Practice Lead, and Transition Manager.
Not only is Chetan well-versed in SIAM, but he is also accredited SIAM trainer by EXIN and provided pro-bono SIAM training to candidates affected by the Ukraine war, showcasing his dedication to sharing knowledge and supporting others.
Chetan’s expertise lies in creating bespoke SIAM solutions for Infosys customers. He has successfully led numerous complex SIAM and ITIL engagements, collaborating with global clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.
