Our aim is to provide you with access to information, events and consultants who can keep your skills fresh and help you stay up to date.

Claire Agutter

DIRECTOR
Claire Agutter is an internationally recognized author, speaker and educator. She is director at ITSM Zone, providing accredited eLearning in ITIL, DevOps, BRM and more, and also at Scopism. In 2017 and 2018 she was recognized as an HDI Top 25 Thought Leader and was part of the team that won itSMF UK’s thought leadership award. Claire is the host of the popular ITSM Crowd hangouts, and Chief Architect for VeriSM.

Educator

Claire started ITSM Zone in 2007 with the goal of making high quality ITSM education available to everyone. ITSM Zone offers accredited elearning for ITIL, VeriSM, SIAM, DevOps, Business Analysis, Agile and more.
Claire is also a guest lecturer for Pärnu University in Estonia on the MBA Service Design and Management module, and has guest lectured at Durham University Business School and for the Marketing MBA.

Dave Agutter

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Dave started out in the Royal Navy where he pioneered innovative computer based satellite intelligence in the early 1990’s.

On leaving the Navy Dave worked as a Microsoft server consultant supporting UK government departments prior to and over the millennium.

Dave then moved on to IT operations and service management and is a highly experienced service delivery manager who has worked with a number of large public and private sector UK clients to make their IT services successful.

Dave is also an experienced entrepreneur, and has run and sold several businesses.

Steph joined Scopism with a background of experience in Telecommunications, Science, and Manufacturing, having worked internationally with first-hand experience from new business ventures to well-established large organisations at various stages of their journey. Steph is passionate about building a thriving community within SIAM, enabling sharing of invaluable knowledge and good practices to help individuals and organisations gain maximum value end to end.
When Steph’s not working, she enjoys a good brunch, a great podcast, and an active lifestyle!

Anila’s journey in the field of marketing started years ago when she discovered her love for connecting people with the right products and services.

Her expertise extends beyond traditional marketing approaches. She embraces digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and emerging technologies to maximize our company’s online presence and engagement.

She is responsible for planning, organization and promotion of Service North, the global SIAM conference held annually by Scopism. She is also responsible for promoting the Scopism SIAM Community.
