About EXIN

Our Service Management portfolio

During the past ten years, EXIN has introduced a wide variety of service management certifications to support service management professionals in their professional growth.

We provide SIAMTM and VeriSMTM certifications to address their status as increasingly popular approaches to service integration management. For SIAM, we test your knowledge based on the Book of Knowledge (BoK) which allows all professionals to build up an understanding of an integrated service management approach.

EXIN offers two levels of SIAM certification, EXIN SIAM™ Foundation, and EXIN SIAM™ Professional. With this, we provide the opportunity to build up or develop your existing expertise.

VeriSMTM aims to take tackle Digital Transformation from a service management perspective. This approach offers guidance on behavior and cultural transformation, as well as the Management Mesh. Organizations can apply this guidance to create a gap analysis that helps lay the groundwork for a more future-proof organization. EXIN offers differing programs for all knowledge levels, with VeriSM™ Professional being the highest.

Over the years, he has achieved a number of certifications such as ITIL Manager v2, ITIL Expert v3, ISO 20000 Consultant, Lead Auditor of ISO 20000 (ITSM), 27001 (Information Security) and 9001 (Quality). Ademar has developed several IT Service Management, IT Governance, ISO 20000, 27001, and 9001 implementations in Brazil and the USA.
