Service North 2021 – Japan Event

This year, Service North is truly global. We are happy to announce that EXIN Japan is organizing a linked event “SIAM Service North 2021 Japan”.

Three Japanese speakers, Hiroyuki Naka, Toshio Suzuki and Shigeaki Togo will deliver the essence of SIAM for a Japanese audience. Toshio Suzuki is also one of our speakers at Service North this year, looking at customer success in a SIAM environment.

The Japanese SIAM Event is scheduled for April 28th and all those who participate will get a certificate of participation-digital badge for “SIAM-Service North 2021 JAPAN”. Thank you to Etsuko Nakagawa at EXIN Japan for organizing this event.

About the speakers

Mr. Toshio Suzuki
CEO of DIG2 NEXT Co., Ltd.

As a lecturer and consultant, he has more than 18 years of experience in service management.

In the itSMF Japan subcommittee, he leads the SLM subcommittee, the cloud SLA subcommittee, and the IoT service management subcommittee. Currently, he is working to popularize service management for the digital age such as SIAM and VeriSM.

Mr. Hiroyuki Naka has over 15 years of consulting experience as an IT Service Management (ITSM) expert.

He is engaged in many investment consulting projects and cloud strategy projects mainly in the financial industry, and has particular strengths in ITSM sophistication roadmap formulation, operational organization reform, and tool introduction.

“The way companies are involved in technology is changing. Traditional IT has focused on efficient technology that automates business processes. However, in the future of the DX era, IT is positioning technology as a means to create business value as a differentiating strategy that enhances the competitiveness of companies in the market. In order to position technology as a strategic asset, it is necessary to think of it as a series of products (IT services) that meet customer needs, rather than operation management for individual IT systems. In this session, we will gain insight into what IT departments should do in the DX era through the “customer-oriented product portfolio”

After working at a consulting company related to management systems, he is in his current position.

Specializes in IT management and management strategy. So far, he has been in charge of more than 100 projects as a consultant and has trained more than 3,000 instructors.

“Expectations required for IT in supporting business activities such as support for DX are increasing year by year.
