New regional partnership between Scopism and Integris Applied announced to help Americas-based organizations maximize their return on investment in multi-supplier environments.
Scopism, the leading SIAM and service management best practice content provider, and Integris Applied, a US-based IT services and sourcing advisory firm known for fostering SIAM adoption in the Americas, are pleased to announce that Integris Applied will become the exclusive distributor and assessor of Scopism SIAM Assured (SSA) in the Americas region. As Scopism’s Americas partner, Integris Applied will help to raise the profile of SIAM in the region and allow organizations to maximize the benefits of multi-supplier delivery models.
Integris Applied is an information technology advisory firm dedicated to facilitating complex service relationships where each of the parties competing and collaborative business objectives are identified, honored, and achieved. They are experienced practitioners in the field, with backgrounds in service providers, client IT organizations, and public and private sectors. Specialty focus areas include service integration and management (SIAM), multiparty integration, and collaborative negotiation.

Scopism SIAM Assured (SSA) is a worldwide standard confirming an organization’s ability to provide effective SIAM services with measurable results. Firms that achieve SSA certification include consultancy/advisory organizations, managed service providers, and tooling providers. SSA allows them to provide evidence of their SIAM expertise to current or potential customers. In order to achieve certification, a rigorous assessment must confirm the organization’s services and performance, including governance and risk management, continual improvement, innovation and much more. Recognizing that there is no one ‘true’ way to adopt SIAM, Scopism has built an accreditation that focuses on the outcomes that an organization has delivered for its clients. Integris Applied‘s role will be to identify and/or perform assessments for providers in the Americas region, including companies across North and South America.
