Barry Corless

Barry is a Director Consulting Expert at CGI in the UK.  Whilst there he has led on design and implementations of both SIAM Target Operating and Governance Models for a number of different clients.  Barry was a contributory author to the original SIAM Professional Body of Knowledge and a lead author of ITIL 4’s Incident and Problem Management practices.  Away from work Barry is a keen ornithologist and sports fan.

Chetan Vikas

Chetan, a SIAM evangelist at Infosys, has over 14 years of experience in IT, specializing in ITSM consulting and SIAM. Chetan has held various roles throughout his career, including Service Management Solution Architect, SIAM Practice Lead, and Transition Manager.

Not only is Chetan well-versed in SIAM, but he is also accredited SIAM trainer by EXIN and provided pro-bono SIAM training to candidates affected by the Ukraine war, showcasing his dedication to sharing knowledge and supporting others.

Chetan’s expertise lies in creating bespoke SIAM solutions for Infosys customers. He has successfully led numerous complex SIAM and ITIL engagements, collaborating with global clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.

With Chetan’s extensive experience and passion for SIAM, he continues to significantly impact the industry, driving innovation and delivering value to organizations worldwide.

David Barrow

I have recently celebrated 30 years working in the IT ‘service’ industry. This career began with building personal computers. It led to working with high-performing global teams across multiple industries in complex environments to deliver value to their colleagues, customers, and partners as an Enterprise Service Management Consultant.

I have made many mistakes in the past, and now in this career stage, I hope to help others avoid those same mistakes.  I actively promote and support the well-being and development of our industry. As a community champion, I genuinely believe in SIAM as an organizational enabler. I plan to advocate for SIAM, participate in community events, foster connections, and work towards positive change to create a thriving and inclusive SIAM community environment.

Helen Nunn

Helen works as a Senior Consultant within the Enterprise Service Management Practice for CloudStratex (a Brillio company). She has recently celebrated 33 years within the IT Industry. She started her career organising appointments for IT Engineers to install new equipment or to fix Incidents.

After 11 years in customer operational roles gaining a wide variety of experience, she become a consultant.  In her different consultancy assignments, she has had the opportunity to assist many customers in their SIAM journeys, offering solutions as well as continually learning from them. She hopes to do the same within the SIAM Community.

Helen has worked with EXIN over a number of years, developing questions for both the SIAM Foundation and Professional exams. She has also assisted them with the development of the Professional and Agile Scrum Master and Agile Scrum Product Owner exams.

Helen contributed to the original ITIL4 Service Desk Practice guide first published in 2019.

Markus Müller

Markus Müller is an experienced leader in the digital consulting field which includes specifically transformation to modern operating models which are based on multi-privder management. He is a recognized thought leader in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) with 29 years of professional experience. Before his current job at TPA as Partner for digitalizaion, he was Group Vice President for “Service and Supply Integration” at ABB and President of the Austrian IT Service Management Forum. Markus has demonstrated experience in several international contexts and is certified in ITIL, COBIT, VeriSM, ISO 20 000, Prince2 Practitioner and Team Dynamics. His expertise includes leadership, strategic planning, international project management, change management and consulting. Markus Müller has a proven track record in the successful implementation of digital transformation programs and supplier management.

Michelle Major-Goldsmith J.P.

Michelle Major-Goldsmith is a Brit based in Perth, Western Australia. She has over 25 years industry experience and has worked in almost every continent across the globe.  In 2017 Michelle was awarded the Service Management Champion of the Year by itSMF Australia and shared the award of ITSM Thought Leader of the Year in 2018 with colleague Simon Dorst. In 2019 and 2022 she was recognised by the Help Desk Institute as one of the Top 25 Thought Leaders in IT service and support and customer experience.

She was a founder member of the SIAM Foundation BoK architect team and Lead Architect for the SIAM Professional Body of Knowledge (BoK) and, as well as Subject Matter Expert for EXIN in developing the accreditation around this. She is Project Editor for ISO/IEC20000, Part 14 for SIAM and the Lead Architect for the SIAM Health Assessment. She has been involved in the creation of the IFDC’s VeriSM approach and she is also one of the authors of the VeriSM Pocket Guide. Michelle is currently engaged in the consulting and training space; she is passionate about service integration and service management and all best and enabling practices.

Simon has over 25 years’ international experience and is well known in the industry.

He was a founder member of the SIAM Foundation BoK architect team and Lead Architect for the SIAM Professional Body of Knowledge (BoK) and, as well as Subject Matter Expert for EXIN in developing the accreditation around this. He was also the Lead Architect for the SIAM Health Assessment.

He was named itSMF Australia ITSM Thought Leader of the Year and Service Management Champion of the Year in 2018. Simon was awarded itSMF Australia’s Lifetime Contribution Award in 2022. He was a contributor to the VeriSM publication and co-authored the VeriSM pocket guide. He was named as one of HDIs Top 25 Thought Leaders in Technical Support and Service Management in 2019.

Known as the ‘ITIL Zealot’, Simon is always looking for the most effective and efficient way of delivering managed services, using ITIL, VeriSM, SIAM or whichever other enabling practice. He has been active in the itSMF Australia committee, seminars and conferences for over 20 years.

Steve is Director of Syniad IT, a specialist consulting firm with extensive SIAM experience.  He was co-author of all of the SIAM Body of Knowledge publications, and brings a practical real-world approach to the challenge of building, implementing and operating IT operating models using the SIAM framework.

Tarun Gupta

Tarun works as Global Head (Projects) for SIAM Practice in HCL Software. Tarun is responsible for developing organisational-wide capabilities, deliver professional services, improving business processes, managing organisational change, drive product development, business development, through high performing globally distributed team for SIAM business unit. Tarun is industry familiar person for spearheading initiatives for organisational change and is passionate about growth and learning. Tarun has created multiple SIAM training courses for HCL and is a certified SIAM Trainer with EXIN. Tarun is a visiting lecturer at Shiv Nadar University. Tarun is passionate about bringing communities together which has naturally helped him setup several professional alliances and collaboration across diff. functions, suppliers and had led various community building programs in HCL for adaption of SIAM.  Tarun likes travelling, exploring place and photography in free time.
