Fox IT Service Management
Ian Clark

Ian Clark, Director, says “Fox IT Service Management has had a presence in Africa (based in South Africa) since 2012 and we have over the years served clients in many countries across the continent (and the rest of the world). I personally have lived on the continent for approximately 20 years after moving here from the UK and Europe in 2000. As an avid Service Experience and Management enthusiast and professional, it has given me immense pleasure to see the groundwork of Service Management become entrenched into the DNA of organisations across multiple sectors across the continent. After being involved in the SIAM BoK (1st Edition) and being exposed to the SIAM methodology, it has always resonated with me and the company in how the SIAM ecosystem and supporting guidance is structured, and we believe it to be the next logical step in Service Management evolution and to that end I am immensely proud to have formally partnered with Scopism to exclusively drive SIAM adoption, value and practices within the region.”

Integris Applied
More Information
Integris Applied is an information technology advisory firm dedicated to facilitating complex service relationships where each of the parties competing and collaborative objectives are identified, honored, and achieved. They are experienced practitioners in the field, with backgrounds in service providers, client IT organizations, and public and private sectors. Specialty focus areas include service integration and management (SIAM), multiparty integration, and collaborative negotiation. As a pioneer of SIAM practices in the USA (also known as multisourcing services integration or MSI in the Americas), Integris Applied continued to evolve best practices across US states, the federal government, and in private sector firms. Integris Applied recognized and addressed the typical multisourcing challenges by developing then-novel SIAM practices, with particular focus on contractual terms and procurement processes to foster collaboration and shared accountability across providers within a delivery ecosystem. These practices include cross-functional requirements, shared service levels, and relational governance to effectively integrate data, tools, processes, and people.
