Aushdeep has strong experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes, best practices, SIAM frameworks, process assessments, transition & transformation. Previously he was also involved in the creation of HCL core IP of HCL Gold Standard Methodology and suite of products. Aushdeep is also driving new solutions as well as the SIAM bootcamp academy digitization.
Manish Lov
Manish has overall 23+ year’s experience in industry and has worked in various roles as System Analyst, Lead Engineer, Track Lead, Tower Lead, Operations Manager & Functional Consultant. He has strong experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes, best practices, SIAM frameworks, process assessments, transition & transformation. He has managed 24X7 physical, virtual, cloud and mainframe environments, while supporting internal and external customers. He has also handled various stabilization, transitions and other migration projects.

Smitha manages all SIAM-related RFPs, delivery escalations, financial management, and talent management activities, as well as various newsletters for practice growth. Her passion is improving delivery, developing teams, and spurring business growth.
An ITIL expert and SIAM-certified professional, Smitha excels at problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration. Additionally, Smitha is a core member of Infosys’ DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) community.
