SRVision – April 18/19th, Utrecht, Netherlands
SRVision is a fantastic event that brings together service management professionals from across Europe. At this event, Scopism facilitated a workshop on April 18th about SIAM Snakes and Ladders – where is your organization losing value in its supply chain and how can SIAM help? There’s also a SIAM gamification workshop being run by Gaming Works, so this is a must-attend event.
We looked at where value might leak from businesses and how adopting SIAM principles can assist in Claire Agutter’s interactive session utilizing the traditional “snakes & ladders” game. This workshop also delivered the concepts and roadmap to our group of mixed SIAM knowledge/experience holders.

A sneak peek of our SIAM Community Launch! Our director Claire Agutter will be presenting the Scopism SIAM Community. Hosted on the Scopism website for virtual networking and also including a range of face to face events, this will allow SIAM practitioners from all over the world to share their stories and their experiences. With regular content including case studies, research and whitepapers, community members will be able to access leading edge SIAM examples and contribute to the evolution of SIAM.
