The 2022 Service North Conference is just a month away and the final agenda is now available. With speakers and delegates from all over the world we are more than happy to announce that it most definitely is the world’s largest SIAM Conference.
Our 2022 agenda will cover topics including SIAM and automation, experience management in a SIAM ecosystem, the retained organisation, the future of service integration, and compliance in a SIAM environment.

Conference Day 1, 6th April
The conference will kick off with our keynote speaker, chief innovation officer, Chris Pope from NewRocket and he will speak about creating human experiences through connections. The human experience can greatly impact how we conduct our business and interact with customers. Customers want trust in the organizations they work with.
Right after that we will invite Michelle Major-Goldsmith and Simon Dorst from Kinetic IT. Their presentation will offer 4 archetypal SIAM models designed to respond to the common drivers and organisational goals.
The next presentation will be host by Steve Morgan from Syniad IT. His session draws heavily upon practical experience in real-world implementations. Whether you’re planning a SIAM program, in the middle of your programme or just completing it, they’ll be something for everyone here!
And if you want to discover how transaction patterns and pattern recognition are the KEY to successful service integration projects then you should attend Thomas Graf presentation. Thomas will demonstrate a practical approach in integrating vendors, suppliers, and service providers seamlessly to boost service quality and customer experience.
After the networking time break the conference will continue with Martijn Adams from 4me who will give his Tips on how to set up a SIAM System of record.
Next up is Danny Van Vosselen from 2Grips. From his presentation you can learn how SIAM can help you in getting the overall end to end experience of your services to a higher level and assist you in your XLA journey.
Saishankar Jayaprakash from Wipro will be speaking about a pragmatic approach to identify and onboard suppliers in a SIAM ecosystem.
It is his first time at Service North and we are more than happy to welcome him.
The last speaker for the day will be Rory Canavan from SAM Charter. He will give insights in licensing and compliance in a hybrid ecosystem. The goal of his presentation will be to help organisations understand the nature of risk in managing software and also how such risk should accommodate on-site IT estates, as well as the world of cloud.
The first day of the conference will end with a live panel session with Ram Kumar Sundaram, Jacob Andersen and Mark Bradley.
