And the winner is….SIAM!
This year, the Professional Service Management Awards were held in London on June 7th. Hosted and managed by itSMF UK, the awards recognize service management achievements in many areas including team of the year, young service management professional of the year and thought leadership.
The SIAM Foundation Body of Knowledge, created by the SIAM Foundation Architect Group and led by Scopism’s Claire Agutter, was nominated in the thought leadership category. Up against two other excellent entries, the group were announced the winners. The award recognised the way that the group members had acted as volunteers and had put their commercial differences aside to create practical content that is of real value to the service management industry.
You can see group members Simon Dorst, Duncan Watkins, Kevin Holland, Claire Agutter, Michelle Major-Goldsmith and Steve Morgan accepting the award below, along with award sponsor John McDermott from HPE and the evening’s host Rev. Richard Coles.
Here at Scopism we’d like to say a huge thank you again to all of our architect team, and to the judges at itSMF UK for recognizing their hard work. If you haven’t got your copy of the SIAM Foundation BoK, don’t forget you can download it here for free.
