With 15+ years as a C-suite technology executive, including global VP of Innovation at ServiceNow and multiple tours as a ServiceNow customer, Chris brings the unusual perspective of having sat on every side of the table. He is a recognized thought leader on platform strategy, automation, and the shift from manual effort to outcome-driven delivery.
