Solving IT Challenges with Smart Service Integration
View Details
Many IT functions now face unprecedented pressure as organizations balance cost pressures, digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies in a rapidly changing global, economic and political landscape.
SIAM principles offer proven approaches to support IT functions facing these challenges. Originally developed to help manage complex, multi-supplier environments, SIAM provides a set of principles and practices that help organizations align technology services around business needs, whether those services come from external vendors, internal teams, or hybrid models.
In this session, you’ll hear that SIAM is not just for large enterprises or outsourcing-heavy environments. Internal IT functions can adopt SIAM principles at any scale to improve integration, reduce duplication, break down internal silos and change how they are perceived.
