The day kicked off with Jigsaw Organization contributors Rob England, Cherry Vu and Aleks Yenin, the head of Polontech.
How do organizations need to advance in order to be successful in a constantly changing environment? How should we manage unplanned work? How about collaborative work? And most importantly how to do this if you work remotely? To deal with both the current crisis and the ongoing change, the necessary capabilities of the organization are agility and resilience. Jigsaw Special – Resilience and Agility
The second episode of the ITSM Crowd Jigsaw Special Series was all about resilience and agility. Claire Agutter was joined by Jigsaw Organization contributors Daniel Breston, Nikola Gaydarov and Nicklas Fredriksson.
