Kinetic IT renews SSA Accreditation

Kinetic IT is the first organization in the southern hemisphere to successfully renew its Scopism SIAM Assured status.

Kinetic IT has successfully renewed its Scopism SIAM Assured (SSA) Accreditation, becoming the first organization in the Southern Hemisphere to complete the renewal process and reaffirming its position as a leader in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).

The successful renewal follows a comprehensive reassessment of Kinetic IT’s SIAM capabilities, maturity, governance, service performance, continual improvement, innovation, thought leadership and customer outcomes. The process is designed to ensure that accredited organizations continue to demonstrate excellence and evolve their capabilities in line with industry’s best practice.
