About Us
Our Mission
Scopism was founded in 2016 to support IT and management professionals in the fast changing digital era. We are the definitive global source of best practice for service integration and management (SIAM).

We provide SIAM content and an online community free of charge to SIAM and service management practitioners and professionals around the world, enabled by support from our global partners and Scopism SIAM Assured organizations. We also provide products and services to support organizations at every step of their SIAM journey.
We track the evolution of SIAM through our research and in our community, and our best practice and resources grow as SIAM changes.
Drivers for SIAM adoption include:
- Evolving customer needs, expectations and behaviours
- Rapid technology innovation and evolution
- Increased regulatory compliance and controls
- Global economic uncertainty
- Increased market competition
- More demanding and sophisticated consumers
