SIAM Leadership Council
The SIAM Leadership Council is Scopism’s strategic advisory group for the SIAM community. It brings together experienced SIAM leaders from across the ecosystem to help shape priorities for the year ahead and support the ongoing growth and evolution of SIAM.
Who is it for?
The Council includes a balanced mix of perspectives, typically drawn from:
- Scopism SIAM Assured Partners
- Ecosystem partners
- Representatives linked to the Content Council
- Customer organizations actively operating SIAM ecosystems
How it works
The Council meets twice a year, alternating between in-person and virtual sessions. Meetings are structured to be collaborative and constructive, creating space for open discussion, shared learning, and clear actions.
What the Council does
The Leadership Council acts as a governance-style forum that helps Scopism and the wider community:
- Identify and agree priority topics for the SIAM community for the next 12 months
- Provide a trusted space to share lessons learned and emerging challenges from SIAM delivery across sectors
- Sense-check and shape Scopism initiatives, including the direction of SIAM content and resources
- Encourage cross-organization collaboration, reflecting how SIAM structural elements bring providers, integrators, and customers together to improve outcomes
